2 rings were taken in for sizing and soldering together and the first time they were brought back they were not sized. They were asked to size them 1 size bigger and when it came back the 2nd time, they were only 1/2 size bigger. They then went back a 3rd time and 7 weeks later came back correct. It was asked if any monies could be deducted from the $340 and was told the work was done and when we wanted to pay the price, we could pick them up. I cannot recommend this place enough. I've used them for a couple ring re-sizing and I've bought a used ring from them previously and it's all been super quick and nice customer service. But recently, I had a more emotional and complicated need for them and they went above and beyond. I honestly cannot believe how wonderful they were. So so kind. I will be forever grateful. The owner is very nice and honest. I bought a pendant and bracelet here, but dropped the pendant which broke. They managed to fix it for me with no additional charge and also resized my bracelet to fit me better. Definitely worth supporting this business!
I broke the pin on my watch strap, so stopped by to see if they could fix it for me. Not only did they replace the pin on my watch strap right away, they did not charge me either. Even though this was a very small fix, I expected to pay for it, and I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't charged. I have been here before, and have always received great customer service which is getting harder to find! Thank you so very much
Cleaned my ring before my wedding and made it look nice and shiny. Took 5 mins and no charge. They also had a friendly shop dog and the variety of jewelry they have in stock was so interesting to look at while I waited.
