I took my Family Ring here to get resized because I bought it when I was a teenager and had to size it up. The service was great, they will call you when your repair is ready for pick up and they give you a ticket number to make it easy and plus the prices for getting my ring resized was reasonable. I have more rings that I wear and I'll definitely bring them here when I want to come in to get them resized. They Repaired a ring that I inherited from my Grandma. Did an amazing job You almost can't tell that they replaced the back Or as they call the shank part of the ring I didn't even know that's what it was called. Would highly recommend.
Just went in today to collect my watch! I’m not a big watch guy but needed an adjustment done, they were very quick, professional and cut me a good deal ;) I will definitely be back for any future watch or jewelry purchases down the road!! 10/10 would recommend, thank you!
I showed up at her store 15 minutes before closing to add a few links to my watch band. The very professional young lady who works behind the counter not only balanced me and 3 other customers she also fixed my watch, From what I saw that young lady runs that store like she's been doing it her whole life. I will be back to purchase some items for my daughter
Not happy at all. Took in 2 watches in to get new batteries and one watch that I thought needed it to be repaired. It cost me just shy of $45 for 2 new batteries and that it would cost nearly $250 to fix the other watch. I then went to All Battrries on Jacklin where the put in a battery and guess what it started running perfectly and has a new rubber gasket around the inside of the back of the watch a new battery and only cost me $20
