I took my Family Ring here to get resized because I bought it when I was a teenager and had to size it up. The service was great, they will call you when your repair is ready for pick up and they give you a ticket number to make it easy and plus the prices for getting my ring resized was reasonable. I have more rings that I wear and I'll definitely bring them here when I want to come in to get them resized. The lady, Debbie, was a lovely, good spirited, woman, who looked after getting my new watch strap installed on my watch. It was fun to deal with them. The watch is a simple timex, given to me by my son for Christmas a couple of years ago, and so having the watch taken care of was special to me. Good people. Beautiful jewelry shop that cares about their customers. That's sometimes hard to find these days.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought bunch of Sterling silver from this shop in December. I had that jewelry checked under an XRF machine from another shop. Half of it turned out to be silver plated or 100% lead. Jewellery was marked 925 and also the shop tag said 925. This is called DECEPTION. Before i took the jewelry home, I asked the lady to check to make sure that all is sterling silver and she assured me. I just stopped in to have the braclet on my watch repaired, it was missing a pin. It was fixed in less than 2 mins, at no charge. Amazing service. The 2 mins that I was in there i was absolutely blown away by the selection. I'll be back to take a closer look very soon.
I came in mid-day on a Saturday…when you walk in, see them smiling before you even step through the door-you know it’s going to be a pleasant experience. Did they fix my watch? Yup. Did they do it fast? Yup. Still friendly? Uhhuh. They were very reasonable and so - if you’re searching watch fix or maybe something else in that space ..you wouldn’t be wrong in showing up here
