As a consumer I often find myself feeling like customer service and simple kindness are things of the past. We bought our son a nice watch as part of his graduation but the band was too big and we lacked the appropriate tools to fix it we popped up the street to Westshore Jewlery for help. Not only did they help our son but the task only took a few minutes and they wouldn't accept any payment! They were just happy to put a smile on his face, which they certainly did. Thank You so much Westshore Jewlery! 🙏 We will return!

I took my Family Ring here to get resized because I bought it when I was a teenager and had to size it up. The service was great, they will call you when your repair is ready for pick up and they give you a ticket number to make it easy and plus the prices for getting my ring resized was reasonable. I have more rings that I wear and I'll definitely bring them here when I want to come in to get them resized. I had a number of issues with watch bands and batteries and Corey was knowledgable and had me all fixed and out the door in no time. Way undercharged in my opinion for the service provided and refused to charge me more at my own request. Great shop, great guy and above and beyond service.

I needed my copper bracelet resized to fit my tiny wrist. The gal that did it for me was quick. They were super busy. I appreciate you helping me with that. They didn’t even charge for the quick action. 🐾❌⭕️

I purchased my first watch and needed some links removed in order for it to fit my wrist but I didn’t have the necessary tools or skills to do so. The lady working was very nice and helped me quickly and didn’t charge me anything!
