So personable and great work ethics
Called him to set up time to come to my residence for a estimate. He never showed up no phone call no communication at all from him. So I moved on to professionals
Installed new gutters. We were thoroughly happy with the work Marc did for us! It's been several years now and our gutters are top notch - great quality at a great price. I would definitely use him again.
Was late to job site, said he didn't plan on completing work that day as agreed. Walked off without doing any work. Was shocked how rude and unprofessional he was.
We hired Marc for some gutter work in Langford in April 2018. He was friendly, available to do the work in a timely/reasonable timeframe and did a good job from what I could tell as a layman. Price was reasonable, service friendly, so we were quite pleased and would rate 5 stars at this point. However, in the fall (Oct 2018) once the rain started, we noticed one of the gutters was overflowing: it was sloped the opposite direction from the downspout, so all the water collects on the wrong end.
