I ordered Westrail on 12/21/20 via their website’s online order option. Few things went wrong here: 1. Food packaging was cracked open at the top. One of the containers spilled everywhere 2. Green chili was literally just broth and green chilies- not for sure who was in the kitchen because I’ve had it prior at Westrail and it tasted completely different and actually had substance to it 3. This was our response. We did acknowledge our mistake with this order. You did email and we were prepared to try and earn your business again, but you went on yelp and put the same thing from the email. At this point you are not trying to be constructive you are just trying to be mean spirited. I am surprised that there are people that are kicking restaurants while they are down and have had such a long year with all of the restrictions and forced closures.

The Spicy Elvis burger was fantastic! Such a masterful blend of spicy balanced with subtle sweetness! Heather was our server and she was right on time, even recommending a delicious hazy ipa! 10/10 can't wait to return!
We are somewhat regulars and have never tried the nachos - decided to give them a shot for international nacho day and they were AMAZING! Ordered them for take out and everything was hot, crunchy and delicious! Definitely no skimping on toppings! Great job Westrail! Nachos are now one of our new favorite items!
it was our second time there and nothing changed. waitresses were short and not friendly and they didn't check on us.

We love the prime rib on Wednesday’s. And I also enjoy the brisket breakfast burritos! Yum!
