Don't move here if you don't have to. Been living here for +4 years. Their top priority is saving face and filling units. Staff are overworked because either nobody wants to work here or they keep moving people around, resulting in disorganized resident managers. Speaking of which, you can expect to see a new resident manager at least once a year. Do not live here. These buildings are filled with roaches..... Absolutely disgusting. I went there to view 2 vacant units from 2 buildings at this address. The apartment manager had said that they spray for bugs every 6 months. Huge red flag. Then upon opening the cupboards of the unit there was bugs. No way. Do not rent here ...run run run.
I have been having unwanted roommates for about a year (bed bugs). The negligence from the landlord and the lack of compassion is not what a tenant wants. I also heard horror stories from the other apartments regarding their unwanted roommates. I hope Skyline living will one day care about its tenants and figure out how to actually fix the situation instead of “masking”the problem. Because of this we are forced to leave our apartment and search for a new place to live.
