My one and only experience was that they were sloppy and reckless. Craig Neece did the work as I paid him cash and he was so out of control on how fast he tried to remove the snow and ice that it was not done thoroughly. Very dissapointed.

WORST SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED. I decided to try them out this year when we got 9" of snow. They did a horrible job and there were so many spots that got icy at night because it was not cleared appropriately that I had several complaints of people slipping the next day. If you are gonig to remove the snow, then remove it ALL.

VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL! We just started using WEST PORT SNOW REMOVAL this season. We are ALL very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and the job they do removing snow, ice, etc. from our lot. They go above and beyond...... their employees do a wonderful job; competent and reliable. We do not have to call them to see if they will be here; they show up!
