Never had account with this people and they report my credit report as I did.
Company fired manager that invested over 10 yrs staying at the facility in the middle of a pandemic lockdown. He took off with some of my stuff, possibly out of anger of being fired and left homeless. U.S. Storage does not feel they are obligated to the contractual agreement entered into and my items that were damaged and taken. All I want is an apology of not being notified and my items being taken, a resolution to the damaged and missing items. Consider the customer's point of view, experience, trauma.
