I have been using Westport/Landmark for weekly pool service for the past 5 summers. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone at Landmark is awesome.
We were supposed to have an appointment yesterday to get our pool opened. Nobody came and nobody contacted us. Now we can’t even get anyone on the phone. Terrible experience thus far.
Communication for service is lacking.
I can’t say enough good things about Nate from Landmark Aquatics. Despite juggling responsibilities across multiple pool locations in the area, he consistently made time to help us—always answering our (sometimes panicked) calls with patience and professionalism. As someone still new to learning the systems, I truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything over the phone.
