Been using Westport Pools (now Landmark) for years. Overall happy with their service. Been very happy with the Residential pool service office people, they are always helpful. Service techs-Greg Reece and Jake Greisaber came to open my pool this afternoon. There was some issues with my pump and they called me right away. They were very informative and helpful. They used to be good 2 years ago . last two years they became corrupt and dishonest . They became so creative screw you up it was unbelievable. They charged 60$ for driving to my house it took literally 7 mins to get my house from his office. Then they charged 1 hour to replace a straw and I was standing by them it took less than 10 mins . They came to clean my pool 2 days before closing my pool . that was my experiences with them . Good luck with them .
Completely satisfied and amazing for 4 years!! Opening 25’ they charged me double because they had a new technician that took twice as long for training. Last week at closing they ran into our fence post. Would have been a fine response had Leonhard Joern, Operations Manager, kept it professional.. “Looking at the pictures this is not a freshly hit fence post”.. nice little sucker punch to my character over minor damage to a fence post. Many Thanks to Tobias and the Landmark Office crew for All they do for us! Outstanding and professional service and always with a caring touch and communication that keeps us informed of the pool water, chemicals, and equipment status. Highly recommend them for all of your needs!
I have been using Westport/Landmark for weekly pool service for the past 5 summers. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone at Landmark is awesome.
