My cleaning appointment was scheduled for Oct. 1st, and nwhen I discovered I had to be out of town, I was able to get in within 1 day. Hooray! leaving town with clean teeth.

From the very beginning you understand the staff commitment to safety. You call from the parking garage to know when you can come up. No crowds in the waiting area, just yourself. Get your temperature taken and complete a Covid questionaire. Masks required everywhere except in your room with your associate. No treatments that might cause potential spread of any virus. Staff is always friendly. Although we're only there every 6 months, they always remember us and have kind comments about how my kids are growing. Just warm fuzzy feelings. Highly recommend them. 😁👍

I want to express my thanks and admiration for my Dentist, Dr Dustin Mace and the staff at Westport Plaza Dental Associates. OK, I have a ‘discomfort‘ with dental procedures. Add in the Coronavirus pandemic and it’s a party. They did everything right. They let me know when I could walk into the office, I was required to wear a mask (as was all the staff), and all precautions were taken. My Dental Hygienist donned a hat, mask, face shield, gown and gloves. No aerosol producing procedures were performed though I got a through ... read more

Of course its a bit of an icky feeling to be indoors without a mask, but I was impressed with the the efforts to make it safe. I cannot think of anything they were not doing in that regard.

My overall experience was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. They knew what they were talking and was very professional. The office space was very clean I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
