We were set to see a vacant apartment. 15 minutes before our appointment, they called us to tell us its too late, its already been rented. Even though my appointment to see it was set DAYS in advance. My husband and I were ready to move in after we saw it. I guess they didn't care. We weren't granted a tour (which you would think, since they have the appointment booked, they would grant you the tour) or given adequate cancelation notice (as we were already en route to the facility).
