Recommendedlove this place. management is amazing and understanding and extremely helpful. maintenance has always worked my issues same day. place is clean and pet friendly. I've never renewed my lease and this is my 1st time and i have and still am very happy living here.
They need more security instead they put speed bumps every 30 ft. But didn’t bother to sweep up multiple piles of broken windows. I get robbed all the time. Come out to a broken window and a vehicle that’s been ransacked on average about once a month. Do yourself a favor and save money by getting a nicer place. I tell the front office I got robbed and they just say “thanks for letting us know”.

My daughter and her roommates entered military service to their country and this place is not honoring their commitment to their military clause on their lease. They did everything as they were told by management and now have been sent to collections after following all instructions and abiding by their contract with this apartment complex. All families involved are military with over 60 years combined service to their country and this is how they treat their military... Very sad....

My daughter and her 2 roommates enlisted in the Army and Air Force. They submitted orders and West Pond tried to charge them for breaking their lease. We took in the orders and reminded them about the Soldiers and Sailers relief Act and we thought it was all handled. Today, we got a letter saying West Pond sent them to collections for over $1,400. We will be hiring an attorney, going to legal on FSH and Lackland. I will do my best to get them blacklisted by the military. Their treatment of our men and women in Uniform is dis... read more

Don't like the management there trouble and liers and gossipers hopefully they got ride of Daniela since she stated working there everything went to shit I don't recommend anyone move to West Pond Apartments.
