AMAZING. We had been to all the major banks, had private bankers, other financial advisors. We were recommended Rob Smith from a friend. We didn't think he could offer us any better services then we were already linked with. Gosh we were wrong. He is amazing. He got us interest rates we are thrilled with, made all the paperwork etc so easy. His is so on top of all the fine details taking stress away from us. He is also just super lovely and nice to deal with. Could not recommend more. Would rate him 6 stars if I could.

Rob is professional and was a pleasure to work with, always returning calls promptly & even responding to late night emails ( not something we should expect though ) His associate Cecelia was very helpful also. Thank you both for helping me find the right product to suit my circumstances and get it through on time! Oh, nearly forgot Karlene whipped up the insurance needed on my new property super quick super price. My accountant of 30years put me on to Westphalian, I’ve never used a broker before, I’m glad I tried them.

Westphalian Finance were great in assisting my with my loan. The advice from Rob Smith was appropriate and accurate for my circumstances. The team were responsive to my requests and really worked hard to get the deal through quickly. I will use Rob and Westphalian again and have recommend them without hesitation. Thanks!
