He was recommended to us with our first home purchase 7 years ago. We loved his patience, honesty, knowledge of the County and hard work ethic. We had no doubt we would use him as our realtor for our most recent home purchase as well. Even after the sale had closed he genuinely cared about how every was going. He went above and beyond with helping contact local reps when we needed to use our home warranty for our new house. We highly recommend him!
I can't recommend John enough if you are looking for a realtor! He's honest, responsive, and so easy to work with! Selling a house that is part of a trust isn't easy with four "owners" to deal with, but he made it a very easy process- we not only got the price we were hoping for, but it was also sold very quickly. I'm very thankful we worked with John!

John has always been really Great with getting the offer submitted, he is wonderful with electronic and new modern ways to expidite the offer or sale (we have used him for both buy and selling of homes).This saves so much time, and time is money. John is great. I have used him for 2 purchases, and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. The digital signing of documents made things a lot easier, than the normally endless trail of paperwork I've had on a couple of deals with other agents. Highly recommended!
