John Westphal was very professional and mindful with what was happening in the area. Considering the latest climate in the area at this time with the type of clients filtering into the Redding area at this time. Mostly City folks who have dreams of living OUT of the main city populous, until they were taken out into the Foothills and surrounding areas (6-9 miles from town) then the the wives would comment that they didn't want to live so far out from town. Local guy knew about home values and what to expect. Also had many references when it came to inspections and repairs that were needed. John is one of the best real estate brokers i have ever met.
