Visited Dr.Becker for shots in my knees. Did not have to wait beyond appointment time. Very professional & courteous.
My visit with Dr. Carl Becker was awesome!! He was very nice & knowledgeable!!! I'm preparing for hip replacement surgery & he put my mind at ease with all the information he provided me with! Also the staff, particularly Joe & Rienna, were very nice & knowledgeable as well!!!
I took a fall off my horse in January, dislocating my shoulder. I saw Dr. Westfal and some members of his staff at Parkesburg Urgent Care. With their help, he popped my shoulder back in with no pain meds! Unfortunately, I fell on ice two weeks later, really messed it up and needed shoulder surgery. Dr. Westphal just did a meniscus repair on my left knee and at my post op appointment we discussed the right knee that needs replacement. It was 6:30 Thanksgiving eve. I had questions and concerns about the replacement. I was blown away by the time he spent with my wife and I explaining the procedure etc . Most doctors spent as little time as possible their patients. I feel blessed to be in such good hands!
