Unprofessional, incompetent staff with atrocious customer service and bad business ethics. We regret purchasing a home in one of their subdivision developments.
We are super upset about being sold a house under false pretense. This was sold a a home in "Ruby Creek" and now paid premium prices to be lumped into a CBH neighborhood. Once "Ruby Creek" neighborhood was complete the sign separating our homes from CBH was demolished. I feel like this is super dishonest on the part of Westpark/RIverwood.
