Started out on a bad foot. When I was touring a unit it was promoted with the vinyl floors (I have a cat so I tend to avoid carpet), and I made it VERY clear that the reason I was considering renting was because of the floors. Office never open, and never responds to vm or email. Repeatedly double bill all the ‘additional’ charges. So tired of the bullshit. If I could reach the corporate office to get out of lease I would….but they never answer either. Such a mistake renting here.

I cannot emphasized enough how kind, communicative, and patient this team and complex is. I have just received approval for my apartment and they helped me in ways beyond expected. I am moving from out of state and they were flexible with communication, waiting for forms, adjusting deposits, absolutely anything you can think of. Very brusque and unfriendly on the phone. I didn't bother scheduling a further visit. I understand folks being busy, but I would hope that businesses train their property managers to be courteous to prospective tenants.
