It's West Pac labs. Nothing special. A lot of hurry up and wait. Try and mind your business and it will all be over soon.
The only problem I had was making my appointment for the Brimhall site. It would not allow me. So I had to call and make it. They said it was a Google problem. I think it’s a programming myself because I have done it before. However, they were fast, friendly, and took me right in. At my appointment time.
The lady with the braids is the worst phlebotomist I’ve ever had. She didn’t warn me she was about to stick me and then she JAMMED it into my vein and didn’t do it right she had to move it around to find it. I’ve never had my arm soo sore after a blood draw this is crazy. I’ll never go back to this location it hurt so bad she shouldn’t be trusted with a needle that’s very scary.
I've been here at least dozen times to take my blood test and now they won't take my insurance. I was very disappointed.
