Great that this location opens early but the doors to the building are always locked so you end up waiting outside for someone to unlock them for like 30 minutes which defeats the purpose

Used to go here but never again. Unfriendly, no greeting. Nobody was manning the front desk. Asked where I wanted my lab results sent & asked for a fax # or email, when all the information was on the lab order. Then lady proceeded to say it was protocol to send it to the referring physician - then why are you asking me? They also had an electronic sign-in as well as a pen and paper sign-in so I signed in electronically, but was later told to sign on the paper. Then why do you have an electronic sign-in for? I drove there because I called I can't make an appointment 'walk ins' only When I arrived it's literally 2pm I knocked a few time and even try to ask for a response. Apparent they closed early??? Why even put up a sign for your hours if your closing time is not accurate Ridiculous!!

Well it says in google they are open and then it’s actually close
