I was hesitant to come here after reading the one star reviews, but my doctor referred me here so I gave it a try. Whatever was going on there a year ago when those reviews were written does not apply to today. The lab was impeccably clean and staffed by a nice and professional young women named Nately. She did my initial draw and my follow-up yesterday. Both times were efficient and pain-free. There was no wait, and I was in and out in 30 min. Jonathon is a rude and arrogant manager. Don't come here. They are incompetent and they didn't get my blood to the lab TWICE as it was time sensitive. Do not waste your time. Jonathon should be fired.
Most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Not only did they open way to late, they also refused to do their jobs.
