Friendly helpful personnel. They treated us with the utmost respect. Definitely the friendliest lab in Bakersfield. The wait was about 20 min.

Love the techs for kids but my gosh is it the longest wait even with no one in waiting room. Not a quick in and out even to drop off.
Only one technician doing everything. Extremely long wait. WestPac Labs needs to hire more people to this location.
