I wish I could give fewer stars. They refused to bill my insurance. Sent me the entire Bill of 600 dollars. I setup a payment plan with them after 30 days they sent me to collections and didnt even let me know. Dealing with collections was a nightmare. Stay far away from this place. They are worst.
Go here for blood work and they always find the vein on the first stick. Last time I was there, they started using the remote blood vial line instead of directly changing vials at the needle.
Very shady billing practices. BE VERY CAREFUL Sent an account to collections that had been paid 2 months ago. Followed up by multiple contradictory excuses as to why, when I called to ask why.
Stay away from this lab. Their billing department service is the worst you could imagine. We have been dealing with bills since last september. They work with specific doctors that give you plenty of test referrals and half of the tests ed up not related to your health issues and will not be covered by your insurance. If one of the doctors Mark Fierro (his office is conveniently located next door), think twice before you spend lots of money on tests and treatments he recommends and lose your valuable time. Usually good service, but occasionally close early on a Friday, so labs have to be postponed until Monday.
