Extremely long waiting period, waste time!
This place is an absolute fraud. I called them to release my term deposit and it was meant to be done in 2 business days, but it took them almost 3 weeks. Every time I called them, they told me the next day. I am absolutely disgusted with the service.
Amazing service and help by Brent and his team, even though they were severely understaffed. They did their best to put the customer first. Very well managed branch with staff who will strive to help customers as much as they can! Keep up the excellent service :)
