Very bad experience, awful behaviour.
The staff here are very rude, unhelpful and condescending. Manager no help. Telephoned Westapc complaints line today after a few visits have gone terrible. Staffs attitude is beyond disgusting for a professional setting!
Been a customer for around 45 years. Been to the Greenhills store twice. Both times the staff were rude, abrasive. Manager is the same. They were very unsympathetic today towards a domestic violence situation. They wanted me to change my name to my abusers name. And that is just NOT on. Goodbye Westpac. Special mention to the Greenhills staff...without them, I would still be with westapc. Yuck.
