Very disappointing customer service at Westpac this morning. The staff member was cold and robotic, and when I explained that I simply needed my documents sighted, there was little effort to assist or find a solution. I was told there were no appointments available, without any meaningful attempt to help. It felt more like a lack of training and customer-service skills than anything else. For a major Westpac branch, I expected much better.

Service was discusting telleer staff he said to go to other bank its take 30 minute to depposit money he was totally stand free but dont want any work to do find the good excuse good job

Credit cards not sent to correct addresses, when I addressed this as a security concern, it was basically ignored. No questions answered or accountability on there side and of coarse as soon as I mentioned my security concerns the person I was dealing with conveniently went on leave...🙄 terrible and concerning service from Olivia Qu.
