I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at Westpac Booragoon recently. I took my elderly mum to make 2 x sizeable international transactions and after having to make 2 separate trips in person to make the 2 transactions, and also speaking to the anti-fraud team and answer many questions to have them deem the transactions legitimate, the transactions were returned 4 business days later with no explanation. I had an appointment with Meggie to sort a business account, she was very friendly and made the whole experience very simple and answered all my questions, it was a pleasure to deal with.
I had such a great experience at Westpac booragoon thanks to Megan. She went above and beyond to help me, took the time to explain everything clearly and stress free. She was kind, patient and professional. It's rare to receive customer service like that these days. Thank you Megan you are an absolute legend!
