I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at Westpac Booragoon recently. I took my elderly mum to make 2 x sizeable international transactions and after having to make 2 separate trips in person to make the 2 transactions, and also speaking to the anti-fraud team and answer many questions to have them deem the transactions legitimate, the transactions were returned 4 business days later with no explanation.
