She is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m very satisfied with the service.
Very bad experience at Westpac Bank Blacktown Westfield. The staff member named Ronnita was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She doesn’t have enough knowledge to handle customers and gave wrong information. I felt disappointed and wasted my time. Westpac needs to train their staff better.
