Fantastic ATM quick and fast
Thumbs down to only having one till open 2 days before Christmas. Huge line up, you guys merged two banks but will only have one person operating over the counter. Was told this was a new change implemented awhile ago, but I was in there a few weeks ago and had two people operating the counter.
I don't bank with westpac but have been in to this branch several times with clients. Majority of the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, they only ever have one counter open. Definitely put me off banking with westpac.
Very helpful, friendly and customer focused branch with a great manager. Thank you for the service provided.
Long term staff that are really friendly and helpful.
