Dreadful experience at the Westpac King William Street branch. I attended the branch to withdraw a large amount of cash and was immediately concerned to see several drug-affected individuals loitering inside the premises. There was no security guard present, and the overall environment felt unsafe. I raised my concerns with staff, particularly about leaving the branch with a large sum of money, but I did not feel that customer safety was treated with the seriousness it deserves.
