Was really looking forward to starting a new business relationship with this builder, but unfortunately I was rudely hung up on when all I asked was whether they were still doing business in Pueblo. Definitely not the way to start a professional relationship. I would recommend looking at other builders to work with.
The Owner and The company is great. We've been in our new home now just over a month. We haven't had any real issues. The home seems well built, with the only caviat being the finished product. There were far too many places on trim, sheetrock, and the soffit. I definitely understand this is the crew who did the finish work. However I'm definitely unhappy with a few places. I cant fix those myself. I had to go and seal the entire soffit, lots of places with no caulk/silicone I did bring it up before closing. But im picky. A ... read more
