recently toured Weston Ranch and was very impressed with the property. The staff in the front office were incredibly knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout my time there.
This community started great 3 years ago. In that time, they have accepted Section 8, failed to enforce rules, and have started charging for a move out cleaning service while still expecting us to clean. You will not get your security deposit back as they will charge you for “cleaning and damage” for things that were on your move in inspection
A nice quiet community!!
I have loved my experience so far! Kim is the best, I applied last minute due to not hearing from my first apartment complex and she got my application and everything done within 24 hours. She was the best!
