Recently relocated to the area and have been in search for an apartment. Upon initially contacting the complex I was quoted $1569 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom renovated unit however once I went to view the unit I was advised that the unit price had increased by nearly $200. (Which wasn’t really renovated as the walls were yellow, baseboards were horrible, and the unit smelled like the previous tenant was a smoker) When I inquired about the change in pricing I was advised that their pricing changes on a daily basis. i lived here for about a year and it was a WONDERFUL place to live! the staff was amazing and always helpful with whatever i needed, the leasing consultants made sure everything went smooth for my moving in and out, all the amenities were amazing and super useful, i absolutely loved it here!
