Helen was amazing and quick at finding a solution to my problem, as I walked in without an appointment to have a watch sized. Her solution was Javier. Javier took the time to educate me on how my watch functioned and the process he would take to have it sized. All said and done I was in and out in less than 10 -15minutes.

Barbara was great to deal with. She was very helpful and very patient. I highly recommend her.
Helen was great, she guided me through my Tudor Black Bay purchase and made the experience fantastic. The store has a decent inventory of different high end and some entry luxury brands. Highly recommend.
