Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Weston Jewelers in the Hard Rock Casino. I called ahead specifically to inquire about wedding rings, and not once was it mentioned that they no longer carry them at this location. I made a special trip only to find out they had nothing available and that I’d have to visit their main store—which was closed that day. A complete waste of time. Weston Jewellers went about and beyond on my watch experience and made me feel at home. Jessy, Javier, Ruby made my watch purchase as easy as ordering an Ice cream! Amazing people and thank you we will be back.
