Quite possibly the worst company I have ever worked for. Between the ethics in how they run their business and how they treat their customers and overall their employees. I ADVISE STAY AWAY!!!! They will definitely overly price you and more than likely will not do a complete full inspection upon your residential property if it’s not being completed by Mike Lane!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions arrived on time.
They did not control my roof rat problem at all. It's just as bad now as it was a year ago, and when I called them about it not being under control, a manager there got nasty about it and hung up on me. I called back two more times and she immediately hung up on me twice more. I've never seen such an unprofessional company.
