So happy I found Weston Bros! We had to replace a 9-year-old, through-the-wall air conditioner, and the local, small appliance store we used for 40 years had gone out of business. Weston Bros. was wonderful: the ordering was easy, the insurance paperwork our co-op required was processed quickly, and the delivery, installation and removal of the old ac was done by two professionals in 45 minutes, leaving everything spotless. Called to ask about options on my failing AC and they were courteous and helpful over the phone. In the end, we dropped off our AC to get it checked at their store and unfortunately it had to be repaired. Fortunately though, Tara was able to get a brand new replacement for us. Grateful for all the help they were! (Still waiting on the AC though - so hopefully the manufacturer will ship it before another heatwave)
So a few years ago I bought a Friedrich ac to replace my old Friedrich unit. I’m one of those people who prefer doing business with a mom and pop store instead of the big box cookie cutter stores. So right at the beginning of NYC worst heatwaves my ac started acting up. Being a senior citizen myself and having a dog( Savannah) with breathing issues I was very concerned. Had our air conditioner replaced… we ordered it yesterday and they were nice enough to get us an Installation today…the men were prompt, curious and neat…the entire job took less than 45 minutes! We have been doing business with Weston for close to 50 years and they never disappoint!
