I had an amazing experience with Weston Brothers. I called for help with my air conditioner, which was starting to smell moldy. It was my lucky day when Robert and Sebastian showed up, they were extremely knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned the unit thoroughly and put it all back together. They truly are an asset to your company. Outstanding job!!!!!

I’ve used this company for over 15 years and have always considered them reliable, so my most recent experience was initially extremely disappointing. The first technician came out to inspect our malfunctioning air conditioning unit but was unable to determine what was wrong. Despite not being able to diagnose or resolve the issue, we were still charged over $200 for the visit. The technicians were meticulous and methodical. They were very professional, provided excellent service. We have been very satisfied customers since we moved to Forest Hills in 1966.
