Had two window AC units scheduled for maintenance today and Weston Bros. sent two wonderful and very efficient gentlemen, Johnny and Sebastian. The larger unit was thoroughly cleaned and serviced but unfortunately the smaller one has to be replaced. I truly appreciate their honesty in not cleaning that one nor billing me for it. They also called ahead and set up a replacement unit. The work they did was exemplary and left my AC looking better than ever! Looking forward to getting my new unit installed by Weston.

This year we noticed the compressor wasn't coming on our old window ac on the few warm days we had so we wanted to get ahead of things and not wait for summer. We contacted Weston Bros and Tara Gallagher was able to fit us in. She sent Sebastian and Johnny to install our new Friedrich Premier 8,000 BTU air conditioner in our bedroom window. They were exceptionally nice. They put down a small tarp to protect the carpeted floor of our bedroom near the window.
