I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I usually go to Shoppers, but since they don’t do compounds, I was referred here. I was initially told my prescription wasn’t covered and that I’d have to pay before it could be made. On the 27th, I went in prepared to pay the full amount, but when I arrived, I was told it was actually covered, so I paid significantly less than expected. Taking business elsewhere!! You’d think if you get a compound cream made up every week they’d have all the ingredients to put in the recipe ahead of time?. Nope, first I call for a refill, they say it will be ready by end of day, then I get a call saying they don’t have enough of a certain drug to put in the compound. Might take two to three days to get in. They wait until you need it, then order in the drug they’re short!! It has happened at least five times.
