Always helpful and friendly
I was with westmount years ago and loved it. and then moved to shoppers simply for local convenience and it was awful. at one time westmount were able to make up my lupron injection for me less than 10 minutes before an appointment when shoppers forgot after 2 weeks of reminders. after too many screw ups by the charlotte st sdm, earlier this year I switched back to westmount and am so pleased I did. they make calling in scripts easy and the fact that there's a good doctor clinic right inside is fantastic. I have delt with THE PHARMACY for many years, the pharmacists are always available to answer guuestions very professional. Delivery excellent, this is the place to go if you want to feel comfortable. Also the blister pack team very accommodateing
I have been a patron at this Pharmacy for about 8 years. Incredible support and services from Pharmacists and front staff. I've had questions about prescriptions, an issue that arose on a long weekend that they resolved quickly, and whenever I've sought advice, their pharmacists are friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. I've received both travel and health vaccines easily and in a timely manner. I'm grateful for all that they do.
