I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. As first-time users of dental insurance, we trusted your staff to explain what our insurance would cover, what procedures were recommended, and how much we would need to pay out of pocket before any treatment was done. I am not satisfied with the service because the staff did not clearly explain the details of our insurance coverage, especially the payment process and what costs would be covered before any treatment began. As a low-income family in Canada with two children, every dollar matters. While $100 may seem like a small amount to some people, it is a significant expense for us. I give full 5 stars. I had my tooth extraction on sat both front desk guy amazing dental assistant amazing both the Indigenous girl and the other lady with hijab and also the dentist herself. Lol I went in a 50 yr old women had to get my molar pulled I was so scared. They made sure I was comfortable ended up finishing my appointment went home next day pain was about a 4/10 next day not much at all today im fine. Thank you westmount dental staff you all are amazing kind people

The dentist herself is nice however, if you don’t have time to wait for an extended period especially if you’re a new patient of the clinic don’t book here. I came here, even though I had mentioned I already have a clinic I typically go to, but I was made to do all of the intake which includes dental x-rays that I then paid out-of-pocket for. I've had many bad experiences with dentists when I was young and it made me afraid of the dentist altogether. I swallowed my fear of dentist cause my teeth were bad after hearing about westmount dental. I explained my fear to the dentist, and he made sure to keep asking if everything was OK. When all my dental work was complete, I was no longer scared of the dentist. Definitely the best dental place in saskatoon. The staff are kind and always smiling.
