We had our upstairs bathroom fully renovated by Westmount and it looks great. All the staff (including all the trades) that worked on the project were professional and courteous. Kudos to Steve, Sam, Nathan and Ed for a job well done. We will be back for future renovations.
Had our kitchen renovated, an interior half wall removed that separated our living room and kitchen, and flooring done throughout the first floor about 2 years ago, and we're still extremely happy with the results. Sam helped us with the design decisions, and she was wonderful to work with. When our quartz countertop came in looking yellow instead of white, she handled the problem quickly and efficiently and had alternative choices ready for me to look at so there was very little stress for us. Unprofessional to the highest degree. I wouldnt trust this company to change a lightbulb. If you want painters that use tape for everything cause they cant paint a straight line and are too lazy to do things the right way then this is the place to go. You expect them to remove hardwares on a door before painting? Nah tape it. They'd rather cut corners and slap tape over everything and call it a day. We worked with Westmount on a project to finish our basement. Westmount was excellent to work with. The customer service from start to finish was superb. We received our quote very quickly. Their estimate was in line with other quotes we received and the finishes included in the estimate were realistic. Did a full master bath and flooring renovation with them. Very happy with the entire process. They were flexible and accommodating throughout. Sam, their interior designer, was very helpful in making our selections along the way. Our site supervisor and project manager were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Finally the quality of workmanship was top notch. I would highly recommend them.
