TIRES STOLEN!!! So glad to not have to deal with this awful staff ever again. Had all four tires stolen off my car over Father’s Day weekend. Filed a police report and claim with insurance Saturday, received notice from the leasing office Monday morning that if the car didn’t get tires immediately they would tow it. They argued about giving time to wait on the insurance, basically called me a liar about if I filed a claim because the office manager “has the same insurance company”, I still have documentation showing when I f... read more
