Please run as far as possible this is not the place to live unless you absolutely have no other options. The maintenance does not fix anything, they come look at my Ac and say it’s fixed then the next day it’s raining in the bathroom again.When you call the office, they ignore the phone calls all I can say is they must have caller id. It absolutely has a roach problem. My AC has not worked properly since I moved in. When I moved in, I was told they didn’t have a large amount of kids in the apartment complex. Muy mala administración hace más de un mes que reporte un problema con la nevera y no le han dado solución, me dirigí a la oficina y dijeron que iban arreglarla y nada todavía.
Actually one of the worst places ive lived. Roaches everywhere and kids running around smashing glass bottles. They allow their workers of the front office to bypass rules but enforce them on tenants. They dont fix anything right the first time so expect them to come out multiple times. Noise complaints will go nowhere. I have done everything to get rid of the roaches and when the people come to spray for roaches they only will spray the kitchen which isnt even half the apartment. It has a lot of roaches they don’t fix anything we told them our air conditioner unit is leaking water and making a loud noises and they are not at all friendly after the lease is signed you are trapped for one year with roach infestation many of the other tenants have said they have roaches this place has a roach infestation
