I'm applying to Braesridge Apts, the price and location is just find, but I made my decision because of the treatment I received from Elaine Johnson. She is by far the best leasing agent I've ever had. I've never own a home just rented so that's saying a lot. She worked with me answered all questions over a period of 2 months. I don't know if my application was accepted or not, but when someone does a good job we have to give each other praise. 5 stars Elaine!
