Kierra and maintenance zay were very accomdating and great, very professional, I was in the dark and maintenance came over night and turn my lights back on. Great job from both sides.
Kierra was amazing with the whole process, from the tour up to the move in! Literally the best leasing agent I’ve had! The apartments are so nice and peaceful!
I applied for these apartments and paid $350 dollars for administrative fee and refundable deposit. I Kierra sent all the necessary documents for the apartment. I received an email saying they couldn’t verify my employment after sending in multiple documents with my personal information on them. Kierra stated in the email that I needed a guarantor or my application would be denied. Also if I didn’t want to use a guarantor to respond to the email. Kierra was great and very professional, she's the best
This has been the most genuine experience working with the property manager Shelly at westmount. I had a small hiccup in the application process that she was able to assist with. I am extremely thankful for her help. You can tell she cares about the applicants/residents experience. I cant thank her enough!!!
