I’m new to the whole leasing process and intricacies that come with renting your first place and Ruben has been so very helpful and kind during this transition. I feel at ease working along side such a capable property manage and his team. I’m not very good at these reviews but wanted to leave something so others can know they’re in good hands!
When I first moved into Westmont Ashwood, it felt like a boutique, quiet, well‑kept community. Many residents were older, respectful, and took pride in keeping the property clean. As the demographics shifted, the environment declined quickly. Weed and cigarette smoke regularly filled the hallways, even though this is a non‑smoking community. Zaren was so helpful in the leasing process and showed me a wonderful renovated unit. He has a wonderful personality and excellent customer service.
We had such a great experience at Westmount Ashwood! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The community is beautiful, and the apartments are modern, clean, and really feel like home. We loved everything about the apartment and the overall atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting community!
