Current resident about to renew their lease for another year- the complex has had its ups and downs- my personal experience for downs were when I first signed and moved in, hence -1 star. A/C was broken and it took a minute for it to get replaced, along with some miscommunication when first applying/signing. The staff here is absolutely wonderful—they make living here a joy! Ruben, the property manager, and John from maintenance go above and beyond for tenants. Zaren (assistant property manager) and Graddie (maintenance supervisor) are super friendly and welcoming. I always feel safe here, and there are so many great spots to explore around the property. The maintenance team works hard to fix things as quickly as possible.
From the moment we moved in, Rueben and the entire management team have been outstanding. Rueben is incredibly helpful, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond. Anytime I call with questions, he’s always informative, patient, and genuinely friendly. As someone who’s new to Atlanta, I especially appreciated that he even took the time to recommend some of the best local food spots, which made us feel even more welcome in the city.
