Frustrated! – I was deeply disappointed in this company. I recently remodeled two bathrooms. I chose to have them handle the valve work, but used another plumber to complete the trim/finish out because I felt given the simplicity of the finish out work that I was not going to pay $100/hr. I don't recall being warned about the warranty being voided if I chose to do this. Do not use this plumber if you value your time and money – I was misquoted a price and overcharged by $200 for a very simple job that other plumbers have completed at my house for much less. I was very disappointed in the level of customer service and shocked by the extreme overcharging. Additional fees were added on that I was not told about, such as charging 20 minutes of drive time on the bill. I will not use this plumber again and I encourage others to find another more upfront and honest company to work with.

Good experience overall – Called Monday am, they answered right off and said they would have someone over by the afternoon. The plumber arrived at 2 pm and fixed an under sink leak my son and I tried to fix all day yesterday. The hardware store guy gave us wrong info on what was needed. They charge 20-30 mins drive time, but fixed it for just over a hundred bucks with a small part.
