The hours are not great. The scheduling is terrible and can be done without your input but they also can accommodate so it must be a VA thing that can be fixed there. Lots of personal questions and every time it is somebody different updating my chart. Pay attention to your own care and keep your own records. They are friendly, the place seems clean and there is order. Above average. It is a clinic. They try but they are supposed to be lame
When trying to reach "anyone" at the Greensburg VA Clinic, all you ever get is a recording to leave a msg. If you go on hold to wait to talk them you will grow old and die before anyone will answer. Their answer as to why? ^Short staff"! That's not an acceptable answer. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
By requesting sensitive information over vociemail, your mailbox recording violates the VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior. I also don't appreciate having the option to stay on the line or leave a vociemail, hen have the phone answered and hung up multiple times. Forcing veterans to use the voicemal function by rejecting calls and requesting sensitive information via voicemal is poor practice, to say the least.
