Trying to get hold of the membership department is the worst experience ever. I called for THREE weeks, left messages by dialing ext 18 or leaving messages with the front desk were useless. How big is the club that they cannot even answer voicemails or messages? Calling ext 12 to reach the club manager was even easier! That said, I love the body combat classes and instructors at the club!

I joined Westmoreland athletic club and was told it was month to month and I can quit at any time. When I went to resign my membership, I was told I couldn't because I needed to resign in person. I was told billing was complete for the following month. Even though nothing had been charged to my credit card for the following month. This was prior to month end. My experience at this gym was horrible. I was a member for a year--(because they make you sign a year contract). When my son was deployed they would not cancel his membership (and continued to charge his card) unless he formally wrote them, or came in to cancel. They never have towels available to wipe down machines. Their "free" wifi does not work, when you ask the front desk employee, they shrug at you. Terrible sales people – This is by far the worst gym on Greensburg. Buyer beware!! The sales person told me when I signed my contract that I had a 30day money back right to cancel. Needless to say they didn't stand behind there word on it. I'll never go back.

Needs lesson in business ethic – I have joined this gym twice because of group fitness. I have had trouble with the club both times - they are not at all flexible and treat customers like a number, not a member. Greedy owner with money on the mind, not the happiness of clients. Terrible billing practices - have had trouble almost every month.

Awesome group fitness instructors! – I've been a member for several years now and I love the group fitness classes. The instructors are wonderful. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only think missing is a womens sauna. Membership dues are a little pricey if you are a fitness plus member, but over all I'd say wac is the best gym in the area.

Fun Group Fitness Classes – The Zumba classes are especially fun. But you get great workouts with BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK too. I like to try alot of different classes, so this is the best place because they have so many!

Awesome Club!! – I have been going to this club for several years now and I love it. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. The staff is really friendly and takes the time to talk to me--I really feel like I belong there. The equipment is well-taken care of and the club is clean. I absolutely love the classes and instructors! Anytime I go on vacation, I look for a place to work out that has the same classes. Any other class just seems second-rate to me now. Awesome Club! – Westmoreland Athletic Club has been the best place to workout. I enjoy the staff and the club overall. They have everything...Group fitness classes, weight room with a ton of equipment, Gravity units, and awesome locker rooms. If you are looking for a health club that has it all WAC is the place to go.
