It’s been a true pleasure for me to come to Westmor every week for a dance lesson with Valdas for almost 10 years. He has helped me improve my dance skills in Viennese Waltz Fox Trot and Tango. It’s actually one of my favorite activities of my active workout routine to attend dance lessons here not only does it keep me in shape but it also keeps me on my toes as well. Everytime I walk into Westmor Ballroom it feels like something out of a classic Old Hollywood film. I’ve had the pleasure of attending quite a few holiday dance competitions here & each time I’m here the teachers & pro dancers always welcome me on the dance floor with warm arms and jazzy steps. I never thought I could catch up to the steps of Tango, but before I knew it Mr. Valdas had me flying across the dance floor on my clumsy toes with ease. Westmor Ballroom is located in an unassuming building between the MaDang Courtyard and Mama Lion. Take the elevator up to the third floor and you get a breathtaking view of a grand ballroom lined with tall windows. I have had the joy of learning International Style Latin at Westmor Ballroom for almost 2 years now. As an adult learner, I would recommend Westmor to learn dance technique as well as the opportunity to participate in showcases and evaluations. I've been going to Westmor ballroom ever since Lilia and Valdas purchased it. They are friendly, caring and are skilled and knowledgeable of the art of ballroom dancing. I would not hesitate to recommend Westmor Ballroom to anyone who are just starting or who are seasoned dancers.
