I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care I experienced today (6/6/2025 at 1PM) from both my therapist and the main office. I’ve missed a few therapy sessions recently because no reminders are sent out and it’s unrealistic to expect clients to remember appointments without any notice, especially when therapy involves managing mental health. These people are so hard to get in contact with I been calling for 2 weeks no answer , I even went up there the door was closed I’m convinced they went out of business
