The doctors are fine but the reception and service is very bad. Compared to other doctors offices I’ve dealt with in Guelph they are easily of the lowest quality

Edit to add: Did they not implement a system for making appointments online? I now have been trying to make an appointment for a couple of weeks, can't get through on the phone. Can't find the email for the online system which may or may not even exist. I really like my doctor, and I know how hard it is to find a doctor with availability these days, but when I need to make an appointment, I need to make the appointment. My experiences at Westminster Woods is extremely positive due to the assistance of the Clinical Pharmacist, Faiza Hemraj. She is incredibly attentive to detail, has a keen understanding of the interaction between pharmaceuticals and supplements and is a caring health professional who does everything in her capacity to help the patient before her.
