Fatal la gestión de los propietarios. Son negligentes, lentos y no asumen su responsabilidad. No le dan la cara a los clientes, se escudan detrás de una pobre marioneta que tienen respondiendo el teléfono y que no tiene ningún poder de decisión. Nuestros techos y paredes están llenos de humedad. Hasta corre agua por la caja eléctrica del apartamento y no les importa el riesgo. Tenemos problemas de alergia por el alto grado de humedad. When I first moved in the place it was alright it wasn’t that bad . It was simple when I needed a repair in my apartment it happen within a couple of days. Now since the new owners took over the building went to S$&T. All they did is make the front outside look some what presentable. When I put in a work order for my apartment now it’s like pulling teeth trying to get into contact with someone. No one never answer the phone or even in the office . Don’t understand how one pays rent but when work maintenance tickets are put in it gets pushed to the side. It happens every time we request maintenance.

I have lived here for two years now and at first I must say working with Teresa Hanna was a nightmare she was rude very unprofessional and never assisted the tenants with repairs in the units I even had to reach out to Kim the higher up to discuss Teresa and her unprofessional demeanor thankfully Teresa recently left but one crappy morning I had a leak in my apartment I was frantic and spastic all before my am cup of coffee to say the least but that was until the new property manager came to my unit introduced himself.
