The majority of the repairs that I reported over a year ago have not been done, not to mention the elevator situation is out of control. I live on the 8th floor and have mobility issues so 1 elevator being broken causes hardship. They need a much better exterminator as well
Fatal la gestión de los propietarios. Son negligentes, lentos y no asumen su responsabilidad. No le dan la cara a los clientes, se escudan detrás de una pobre marioneta que tienen respondiendo el teléfono y que no tiene ningún poder de decisión. When I first moved in the place it was alright it wasn’t that bad . It was simple when I needed a repair in my apartment it happen within a couple of days. Now since the new owners took over the building went to S$&T. All they did is make the front outside look some what presentable. When I put in a work order for my apartment now it’s like pulling teeth trying to get into contact with someone. No one never answer the phone or even in the office .
