I've purchased several properties over the years, by far the worst experience was with Westminster Title. I took off work to settle, to find out over night $3,000 dollars of "optional" insurance coverage had been added to my closing amount. When asked about it at closing, for lack of better words (strong arm insurance sales) as to why it was needed. Unfortunately I couldn't close, they didnt want to return onsite the next day to settle.
