To the owners, Ive been here for 18 months & just returned from a 4 week hospital visit. Today was the first time I've read any of the W.T. reviews. I had a local large company for 34 years. I don't understand why Paul & Aaron ,both on your management team are giving you 5 star reviews. Don't get me wrong as most all here Have had Challenges with Carmen, & now Paul. I have been working at Westminster Terrace senior living since August 2023 and I must say that I’m happy working here, it has been an incredible experience for me, all staff is friendly and helpful, I love all the residents I created a special and unique bond with each resident! From day one, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Everyone here from the caregivers to the front desk is compassionate and attentive. The facility is always clean, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, home like atmosphere. My mom’s room is spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for socializing.
