I recently visited this community and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant, fresh smell throughout. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, which really made the visit feel comfortable and inviting. You can truly feel the care and pride they take in this community.
Westminster Terrace is not good for your health
To the owners, Ive been here for 18 months & just returned from a 4 week hospital visit. Today was the first time I've read any of the W.T. reviews. I had a local large company for 34 years. I don't understand why Paul & Aaron ,both on your management team are giving you 5 star reviews. Don't get me wrong as most all here Have had Challenges with Carmen, & now Paul. I have found that WT is cut above the several assisted living facilities I have evaluated before choosing WT for my sister who is 95 years old and my choice has been rewarded She requires a lot of assistance for activities of daily life and the staff provides them with skill great attitude respect and good cheer I’d like to mention Leia in the business office, Arlene med tec, Shauna at the front desk and the caregivers on the second floor who lovingly care for my sister and see to it that she maintains connection to family T... read more
