Care is exceptional!! Team is great and facility looks and smells great! I love their customer service and how caring they are for their patients, I have been visiting facility for a while now, we love it!
Made a visit to my aunt and got greeted by great staff ! Clean place. She loves it there! Im glad to see my aunt being well taking care of.
Yikes! This place is filthy! All the carpets have stains from the hallways into the rooms. The vents have dust. And the AC units don’t work properly. The shower had mold in the corners. MOLD! The doors into the rooms were black! They’ve never been cleaned. The furniture outside of the rooms had blood stains on it. The food & the staff in the kitchen were the only good thing in the entire building. If the building was this bad how is the care ? Get your loved one far away from this place.
Right when you walk in, Andrea and Shalaine at the front desk give you the warmest welcome. Carmen leads with so much heart and Leah in the business makes all the administrative and financial details effortless to navigate. When touring, Sofia was super knowledgeable and made everything so easy to understand. You can really tell how much the whole team cares.
