Completely satisfied! Luke spent the time to explain all the options I had to update my HD Ultra. He also responded quickly to my many emails with various questions. The installation looks awesome and the time was taken to familiarize me with the newly installed system. Well worth the travel and expense!!

Do not recommend Westminster Speed and Sound. Had a sub blow, went in there for them to tell me it was going to take over 2 months for it to ship out and be rebuilt. I brought my sub in for them to ship it out, they told me I needed to go buy a box for it, along with ship it out myself. Contacted the company that rebuilds this sub specifically and they told me it would be less than a week that it would be fixed and shipped back to me (cheaper than what this place quoted me). Morgan, we apologize if you feel we let you down. As we mentioned, your subwoofer is heavy and bulky, and if not packaged well by an expert, it would probably get damaged in shipping. That was why we suggested having The Shipping Station, a local expert, do that for you. We offered to do all the paperwork with JL for you at no cost. The last sub we sent to JL for out of warranty repair was in their possession for 2 months before it got shipped back to us. We were only trying to prepare you for the worst case scenario.
